How your membership works

Pictures	Up to 10 per artwork, up to 10 MB each.
Display allowance	Counts independent artworks currently displayed, not language versions or pictures. Archive an artwork to free a slot.
Review & authentication	All display submissions require editorial approval. Membership and identity verification do not authenticate an artwork.
Translation	Successful source characters count toward your annual allowance. Failed requests and cached repeats do not. Review every translation.
OACA AI writing	Active Gold members only. Draft from your supplied facts, review both languages, then explicitly apply and submit. Up to 20 requests per UTC day; separate from translation allowance.
Commission	Discount applies only to OACA seller commission. Buyer premium, tax, payment processing, shipping, insurance and appraisal are excluded. The base rate must be agreed in the consignment terms.
Gold auctions	Verified identity and seller approval required. Up to 50 lots per proposal, up to 20 in the first sale. OACA approves each catalogue and opening.
Renewal & upgrades	Annual membership, manual renewal. Upgrade from Collector to Gold at a prorated difference; the expiry date stays the same.
Expiry	Translation and new paid privileges stop at expiry. Display has a 30-day grace period; excess display items then move to private archives. Auction history is retained.
Records & storage	Basic: 20 records / 200 MB; Collector: 300 records / 12 GB; Gold: 1,500 records / 60 GB. Archived records count toward storage.
Editorial selection	Selected by editorial judgement, independent of paid membership. Gold includes one reviewed collection feature service per year, arranged with the editor; no guaranteed exposure or sales.
