Phillips reports HKD 94.47 million across two Hong Kong modern and contemporary art sales

Phillips’ official 30 September results release reports a combined HKD 94,472,130 for its Hong Kong Evening and Modern & Contemporary Art sales. The house states sell-through rates of 94% by lot for the Evening Sale and 79% by lot for the second sale; Gerhard Richter’s Abstraktes Bild (522-1) led at more than HKD 23 million, while Zao Wou-Ki’s Sans titre (La Théière) sold for more than HKD 11 million. These are auction-house results, not OACA revenue; the release does not identify the price basis for every cited work.
